Jerry Teaster

Born and raised in the local community, the founder of Teasters Natural Creations showed entrepreneurial spirit from an early age—starting with mowing lawns in his early teens. A natural-born visionary, he sketched what would become his first home at just 16 years old. Over the years, his vision, leadership, and dedication to his craft and community have only grown stronger.

Deeply rooted in faith and service, he remains active in his church and has served as both a coach and mentor in local youth sports. When he's not leading a major project, you'll find him enjoying time with his family and his wife of XX years, staying grounded in what matters most.

From day one, Adam Harris has been the driving force behind Precision Pool Services, leading the company with a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to excellence. As our Chief Everything Officer, Adam ensures that every customer receives top-tier service, every pool gets expert care, and every team member has the support they need to succeed.

With an extensive customer service background and strong leadership skills, Adam understands that great service isn’t just about maintaining pools—it’s about building relationships and exceeding expectations. His dedication to clear communication, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do at Precision Pool.

When he’s not keeping pools in top shape, Adam stays just as active in the community. Meet Nick Russel

Nick Russel General Manager joined TNC Landscaping in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a successful entrepreneur in the landscaping industry. Nick leads with exceptional leadership and communication skills, ensuring that every project—big or small—is executed with precision and care.

With a passion for design and planning, Nick thrives on creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Whether it’s crafting a custom landscape design or managing a long-term maintenance contract, he brings an eye for detail and a commitment to quality that benefits both residential and commercial clients.

When he’s not transforming landscapes, Nick is out on the field coaching youth baseball or enjoying time with his wife and children. His dedication to teamwork, strategy, and excellence—both in business and in life—shines through in everything he does.

Meet Amanda Freeman

Amanda Freeman began her journey with TNC Landscapes in 2018 as a general laborer. Through hard work, dedication, and an undeniable passion for landscape design, she has grown into her current role as Project Supervisor, where she oversees all active projects with precision and care.

Amanda has a natural talent for design, and her favorite part of the process is “detail day” — the moment when clients get to see their vision come to life.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mother of five and grandmother to eleven wonderful grandchildren. She is also deeply involved in her community, where she leads addiction recovery efforts, offering hope and support to others on their journey.

Meet Josh Teaster

From a young age, Josh Teaster showed a strong interest in his father’s company. He started at the ground level as a laborer and, through years of dedication and hard work, has grown into his current role as Maintenance Supervisor.

Josh takes pride in keeping every project looking its best, with an eye for detail that ensures nothing is overlooked. Known for his hands-on approach, it’s not uncommon to see Josh on a mower, working right alongside his crew to deliver top-quality results.

When he’s not at work, Josh enjoys volunteering with youth wrestling, spending time with his wife Kaylea, and excitedly preparing for the arrival of their first child.

Our commitment goes beyond property lines; it extends into the lives of the people around us.

From active involvement in local churches and leading life-changing recovery groups to volunteering as youth sports coaches and mentors, our founder, leadership team, and employees are deeply invested in making a difference. We proudly support local law enforcement through programs like Shop with a Cop, helping build positive relationships between officers and the children in our community during the holiday season.
